This is so hard to do sometimes.
You find a nice program, you get invited to see a video,
you are given a great new FREEBIE and of you go.
Ofcourse you subscribe to the next video and before you
know it you are losing so much time watching other great

Not only that but you start to receiving loads of newsletters.
Email reading alone took me ages!
Absolutely nothing wrong with that, but where is your FOCUS?
Now I have unsubscribed to many newsletters or if I do not
want to get of their list I delete the message if I know I
don’t need distraction right now.
